Arthur Mandal was born in Eugene, Oregon but spent a large part of his childhood growing up in the UK. He works as an independent craftsman, making rings, necklaces and ornaments as originally as possible. His stories have appeared in The Signal House Edition, 3:AM and in the US/UK journal LITRO.
