Anita Cabrera’s work has appeared in The Berkeley Fiction Review, Brain, Child Magazine, Colere, Mom Egg Review, The Ravensperch, Deronda Review and the Squaw Valley Poetry Review. She was the winner of 2017 The New Guard’s Machigonne Fiction Award. Cabrera, an East Coast transplant living in San Francisco, teaches college to support her writing habit.
