Simon A. Smith is a Chicago novelist, educator and scriptwriter. His fiction has appeared in many journals, including Hobart Pulp, Whiskey Island, Juked and Curbside Splendor. His stories have aired on Chicago Public Radio and been printed in the Chicago Reader and Newcity. His first novel, Son of Soothsayer, was published by New Meridian Arts in September of 2018.
