Writing Prize Deadline Extended

As you know we are delighted to be running the IGGY and Litro Writers’ Prize again this year,this is a short story competition for 13 – 18 year olds all over the world with a chance for entrants to win a £2,000 cash prize.

We have some exciting news; we have decided to hold an awards ceremony to announce the winner of the competition at the iconic Shard building in London in April 2015.

The Shard is now a teaching space for the Warwick Business School and the University of Warwick’s London base.

All Shortlisted entrants will be invited to attend the awards ceremony along with their friends and family.

Therefore, we have decided to extend the deadline for competition entries until Friday 6th February 2015 so that you have more time to get your entry to us.

Entrants must be aged between 13 – 18, short stories must be no longer than 2500 words in length and be on the theme of myths and legends.
