Flavia, who also calls herself The Waves, was born in Milan where she currently lives, although she hopes to move abroad soon, somewhere in the north. She holds a PhD from the University of Florence in Art History, and is now training as an Art Therapist. She likes to see the world through queer eyes, because that's how and when magic happens. Her spiritual guides are Sue Bird and Céline Sciamma and (she really wants that the world knows it!), with Céline she also holds a photograph.
