Karon Alderman is a writer and teacher living in Newcastle upon Tyne. She writes novels for children and short stories for adults, published in a range of magazines, including Under the Radar and Gutter Press. Her children’s novel, Dark Flood, won the Hachette Prize 2022 and will be published in 2024.
