Lissette Lendeborg is a young Creative Writing major currently attending Purdue University. Previously, she has been published by many journals such as Poetry Matters, the Orange Island Review, and the Di-verse-city Youth Anthology. Lissette has also been awarded and recognized by organizations such as the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts for their Playwright Discovery Program, and the Scholastics Writing Competition as a national Silver Medalist. As she adapts to new environments she relies on writing to be her lasting foundation.
