Nadine Aisha Jassat is a feminist writer and poet based in Scotland. Her work has been published online and in print, including in 404 Ink’s acclaimed anthology Nasty Women, and her debut poetry pamphlet, Still. Her spoken-word piece ‘Hopscotch’ was made into a film-poem by award-winning filmmaker Roxana Vilk, and she has appeared at notable literary festivals including the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Edinburgh International Book Festival, and Aye Write: Glasgow’s Book Festival. Nadine was recently named as one of thirty inspiring women under thirty in Scotland.
