SJI Holliday grew up in Scotland and now lives in London. She has numerous flash fictions and short stories published online and in print, and she was shortlisted for the inaugural CWA Margery Allingham Prize. Her debut novel, Black Wood, was inspired by a disturbing incident from her childhood.
